Return Policy

Effective Date August 20, 2021

We do our best to provide and deliver a high-quality products, and to use safe shipping, but at some case you may want to return your purchased product and ask for refund or getting store credits (coupon).

You may return purchased product to us for a full refund or to getting an equal value coupon for shopping at our site. We are not supporting exchange.

 

Please notice, not all our shipped products are returnable. We accept a return only frames (with their original Lenses, thus the Glasses), but not for cases or cleaning cloth, or any other accessories offered at our site.

 

All returned products must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging and with all original tags or labels attached.

 

To return a product you purchased from our store, please fill the Return Authorization Form here. When we get your your return request we review it for validating the return reasons, and checking your claims. We are eligible on our sol consideration to "Authorized Return" or "Unauthorized Return". at each of these cases you will get a detailed mail explaining our decisions. For Unauthorized Return we are not accepting your claims and not providing any refunds nor store credits. On "Authorized Return" you will get a Product Return Number by mail. This number is needed and is evidence for an Authorized Return process.

 

After receiving Product Return Number, use the original package of the product and attach the return form we provided to you (you need to print it as hard copy), and mail the package to the following address:

All returns must be postmarked within 3 (three) days of receiving the product.

When we receive your returned package and after inspecting the conditions of the return and approving the authenticity of the returned product, we take it for inspection and validating the returning reasons. At this stage we may also "Reject" the return if we find misalignment between the returned product to the information provided at the Return Authorization process above. On "Approval" of the returned product we will refund you (equals the return product value, and not including additional fees such as shipping) or provide you store credits (equals the return value, and not including additional fees such as shipping). We will email you on the result and decision of the inspection process. This whole inspection and review process shall be completed within 21 (twenty days) days from date we received your returned package.

At Refund case, will be on the same payment method you used when placed your order. Money will appear at your account following the payment method policy. At Store Credits case, you will receive a coupon from us directly and by email.
